FAQs

Who will care for my child while I am in a Worship Service and/or a Connect Group?

Our volunteers have been provided with training, including age-level training, an understanding of our safety/security polices and a background check. This process is to provide your child with the best possible care in a secure, child-friendly environment.

How do I check-in my child?

Come to the Children’s desk where a trained volunteer leader will greet you and ask you to provide basic information about you and your child, including a cell phone number in case we need to contact you while your child is in our care. Your child will receive a name tag and you will receive a security tag for pick up. After the check in process, one of our volunteers will bring you and your child to the class they will be attending.

What is your well-child policy?

We want to create a safe and secure environment, both to protect the children’s well-being and to allow their parents to rest assured. We take seriously our responsibility to protect well children from exposure to illness. We ask that children be free of symptoms for 24 hours before coming back to church. Thank you in advance for helping us to keep our FBCCov Kids’ program a healthy place!
